1. Fee Structure: A non-refundable admission fee of 3000/- must be paid at the time of admission. Tutorial Fee is applicable as per the class joined. Payment can be made via cash, online bank transfer, through school app, etc.,
2. Our school would provide skill enhancement service for students of nursery to grade 10 on payment of additional fees.
3. Selection Process: Admissions to Class 1 and above will be based on general interview. Selection will also consider past academic performance and overall conduct.
4. Required Documents:
>Birth Certificate xerox
>Aadhar Card of the student and parents
>Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
>Previous School Report Card (for admissions to Class 2 and above)
> Passport-sized photographs of the student and parents (two each)
5. Code of Conduct: Students and parents must agree to abide by the school’s code of conduct and policies, which include attendance, discipline, and academic expectations.
6. Seat Availability: Admission is subject to the availability of seats in the desired grade. The school reserves the right to refuse admission if no seats are available.
7. Withdrawal Policy: Requests for withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the school office. The admission fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of the admission process will be addressed by the school’s grievance redressal committee. The decision of the committee will be final and binding.
9. Admission form must be filled in with due care by Parents/Guardian any change in residential address, mobile numbers, etc. should be informed to the school in writing duly signed by parents/guardian [changes would not be accepted over phone, SMS].
10. Original transfer certificate from previous school and proof of education of the child photocopy or marksheet report card should be submitted before JUNE 30th of the admitted academic year.
11. In case of interstate transfer TC must be produced duly countersigned by the inspecting officer DEO with respect to school affiliated to state boards and by the Regional Officer in case of schools affiliated to CBSE.
12. Additional charges will be collected for ID cards and entry fee during the field trips.
13. Any misbehavior/misconduct by the student parent Guardian will lead to rustication of the student without any prior notice.

15. If you wish to avail yourself of School transport, please enquire about the routes and operation at the time of admission. Requests for diversion or modification of the existing routes may be considered, but the decision will be taken by the transport in charge.
16. School management is authorized to make any of the following changes in transport with prior notice/intimation to the parents
a. Change in pick up and drop timings
b. Change in pick up and drop points
c. Change in order of pick up and drop points
17. The school may facilitate availability of books and uniforms through stalls near the campus for a day prior to the commencement of the classes. Such dates would be informed to parents/guardians/students through calls or SMS.
18. The school management is not responsible for any kind of inconvenience such as delay in delivery, damage of goods etc caused by any of the external vendors.
Parent Declaration & Consent: I hereby declare that all the above terms and conditions are read/understood by me, and school personnel has explained to me the complete policies’ terms of the school. I’m giving my voluntary consent to the school regarding my ward/wards in this regard.
